Accessibility Statement
Effective Date: September 9, 2026
Hygia Technologies, Inc. ("Hygia") is committed to providing a public website that is accessible to the broadest practicable audience, including individuals with disabilities. This Statement should be read together with Hygia’s Website Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.
1. Accessibility Goal
Hygia’s goal is to design, develop, and maintain its public website (the "Website") with reference to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines ("WCAG") 2.2, Level AA. Accessibility is an ongoing process, and the statement of this goal is not, and shall not be construed as, a representation or warranty that every page, component, or third-party feature of the Website satisfies, or will at all times satisfy, every WCAG success criterion.
2. Measures Undertaken
In furtherance of the foregoing goal, Hygia undertakes the following measures:
a. consideration of accessibility during the design, development, content creation, and quality assurance phases of the Website;
b. the use of semantic structure, keyboard-accessible interactions, meaningful text alternatives, sufficient color contrast, visible focus states, and accessible form labels, in each case where practicable;
c. evaluation of new and materially changed Website functionality for accessibility prior to or promptly following deployment;
d. the remediation of accessibility issues identified through testing or user feedback, prioritized according to severity and practical impact; and
e. consideration of accessibility when selecting and configuring third-party components incorporated into the Website.
3. Third-Party Content and Ongoing Improvement
Certain third-party content, embedded tools, or newly released features may present accessibility limitations that are outside Hygia’s direct control. Hygia works to identify such barriers and to improve the accessibility of the Website over time.
4. Requests for Assistance
Any person who experiences difficulty accessing any part of the Website should notify Hygia of the page or feature at issue and the nature of the barrier encountered, using the contact information set forth in Section 7 below. Hygia will acknowledge a request for accessibility assistance within five (5) business days and will make reasonable efforts to provide the relevant information or functionality through an accessible alternative within a reasonable time thereafter, taking into account the nature and complexity of the request.
5. Conformance Documentation for Enterprise Users
Health plans, health systems, and other enterprise customers that require formal accessibility documentation, including a Voluntary Product Accessibility Template (VPAT) or a statement of conformance with Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act, may request such documentation using the contact information set forth in Section 7 below. Availability of a specific conformance report depends on the product or service at issue and is addressed under the applicable customer agreement.
6. Updates to this Statement
Hygia may update this Accessibility Statement as the Website and Hygia’s accessibility practices evolve. The Effective Date set forth above identifies the version of this Statement then in effect.
