This Cookie Policy explains how Hygia Technologies, Inc. (“Hygia”) uses cookies and similar technologies on its public-facing website, including hygiatech.ai and any successor public website that links to this Policy (the “Website”). This Policy should be read together with Hygia’s Website Privacy Policy.

1. Cookies and similar technologies

Cookies are small data files stored on or accessed from a visitor’s device. 3. Health-related website context

Hygia operates in the healthcare industry and accordingly treats the deployment of third-party tracking technologies on health-related pages with particular care. General Website tracking technologies shall not be configured to collect protected health information from authenticated patient services or to receive information submitted by visitors through secure healthcare workflows.

4. Consent and opt-out controls

Where required by applicable law, Hygia will not activate non-essential cookies or similar technologies until the visitor has made the choice required by such law. The Website provides a persistent “Cookie Preferences” control through which a visitor may revisit applicable preferences. Use the button above, or the “Cookie preferences” link in the footer of every page. You can also clear cookies in your browser settings, which will prompt us to ask again.

Where legally required and technically supported, Hygia will additionally honor recognized opt-out preference signals, including the Global Privacy Control, with respect to the processing to which such signals apply.

5. Third-party technologies

The specific third-party tools deployed on the Website may change from time to time. Hygia maintains a current inventory of such technologies within its consent-management platform, identifying the applicable provider, the cookie or technology name, its purpose, its category, and its duration. The public-facing cookie banner and preference center are generated from, or reconciled to, that inventory, rather than a static list that may become inaccurate. The current list of cookies and similar technologies in use is available at all times through the Website’s cookie settings control.

6. Browser controls

Most browsers permit a visitor to block or delete cookies. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may cause portions of the Website to function incorrectly. Because browser controls do not necessarily govern all technologies described herein, visitors should additionally use the Website’s privacy or cookie preference controls where available.

7. U.S. state privacy choices

Depending on applicable law and the technologies deployed, certain advertising-related disclosures may constitute a “sale,” “sharing,” or “targeted advertising.” Where required, Hygia will provide an appropriate opt-out mechanism and will process applicable recognized preference signals.

8. International visitors

Where applicable law requires consent for the storage of, or access to, non-essential information on a visitor’s device, Hygia will seek such consent prior to activating the relevant technologies. A visitor may withdraw consent for future use through the Website’s preference controls.

9. Changes to this Policy

Hygia may update this Cookie Policy as technologies, vendors, legal requirements, or Website functionality change. The Effective Date set forth above identifies the version of this Policy then in effect.
